Hollow / Flamingo Road to be released as a single 17 May 2010
FM will release their new, download only, single Hollow / Flamingo Road on 17th May 2010 via Riff City Records.
Just two of the stand-out tracks from their recently released, critically acclaimed album Metropolis, Hollow and Flamingo Road have both been singled out (no pun intended) for praise by fans and critics alike, and the single has been playlisted by the nation's biggest radio station BBC Radio 2 amongst others.
Embracing the digital age, this "double A-side" single will be available for download 17th May from all good internet stockists.
========================================
"Hollow is mellow and intoxicating, allowing Steve Overland's still-golden voice to really shine" - Dave Ling / Classic Rock
"Hollow – oohh yeah, this must be the track of the year." - Dick Dijk / FuryRocks.com
"Flamingo Road has infectious grooves and a fabby chorus with layered harmonies bands would kill their Granny for" - Paul Chesworth / RoomThirteen
"As the likes of Flamingo Road wash over your senses, you’ll begin to realise the magnitude of what theses five guys have created" - Dave Cockett / Destiny Records

Castle Park Rock Festival Cancelled
We have today been informed by the event organisers that the Castle Park Rock Festival has been cancelled. We as a band would like to apologise to any of our fans who have already bought tickets but this situation is totally out of our control.
A spokesperson for Castle Rock said:
"With great sadness we must inform everyone that a very difficult decision has been made to cancel Castle Park Rock for 2009.
This year’s festival faced a major hiccup earlier in the year which delayed getting details of the festival out to the public. This when added to the current economic situation has forced our hands to pull what we believe (and what many have told us) to be an absolutely superb festival line-up. Terrorvision / Gun / It Bites / FM on one bill would have been superb! All fantastic UK bands!
We can only apologise to all the fans, we are genuinely as disappointed as you are.
Anyone who has purchased tickets to the event will be refunded in full, (tickets ordered via ‘Townsend’ have not been charged/debited).
We thank each & every one of you for the continued support for Castle Park Rock.
We continue to look at plans for later in the year and also towards 2010."
